Cocktail Class at Koi

Mingle, Mix Drinks and Sip Samples

Class is in session! Koi Fine Asian Cuisine in downtown Evanston will hold a handcrafted cocktail class in their lounge on Thursday, November 9. Participating guests will learn how to create six libations (detailed below) while enjoying small plates, such as spring rolls, crab rangoon and sushi. The fee to participate is $25. Tickets may be purchased online here.

Cocktail Class Menu

Whiskey Berry – house whiskey, raspberry puree, Chambord, fresh mint leaves

Koi Sunrise – Kai lemongrass, ginger Soju, aperol, peach puree, orange juice 

Cucumber Elixir – muddled cucumber, Absolut Elixir, St. Germain, lemon juice, simple syrup

Asian Mojito – muddled lime, mint leaves, light rum, house cold sake, mint syrup, ginger syrup, soda

Dragon Mai Tai – Bacardi Dragonberry, Bacardi O, triple sec, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, Myers rum

Dragonfly – vodka, pineapple juice, ginger syrup, lime juice, grenadine float
