Learn to Prepare Mexican Fare with Chef Dudley Nieto

Totopo will hold a Mexican cuisine themed cooking class on Saturday, April 9. The hands-on session will be led by Chef Dudley Nieto, and he will educate participants on the preparation of guacamole, ceviche and pastel azteca (an authentic “casserole” dish made with tortilla chips and chicken).
The fee to attend the cooking class is $20. The class takes place at the restaurant at 11:00am. Please call Totopo to reserve a place in this event.
