Father’s Day BBQ & Beer Brunch at Shiraz on the Water

Shiraz on the Water, the contemporary American restaurant located on the grounds of the Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort, will hold a Father’s Day BBQ & Beer Brunch on Sunday, June 17. Executive Chef Carol Buckantz’s bountiful buffet will feature breakfast dishes (eggs benedict; cinnamon swirl french toast), fresh pastries and fruit, made-to-order omelets and waffles, an array of cheese, a variety of salads and a seafood station (smoked salmon; peel and eat shrimp). Chef’s entrees will include BBQ fare (brisket; ribs), carving stations (honey baked ham; roasted beef), paella, tortellini and a selection of side dishes. Shiraz on the Water will end the Father’s Day meal with such dessert offerings as assorted cakes, miniature pastries, ice cream sundaes and made-to-order Bananas Foster. The BBQ and Beer Brunch will be set to live music.

Adults (21+) dining at Shiraz will be offered their choice of complimentary draft beer or champagne throughout brunch. Guests may also enter to win prizes and passes to golf at the Resort.  Father’s Day Brunch is available from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and is $29.95 for adults, $15.95 for children 6-12 and children 5 and under dine for free.
