III Fork Steakhouse has a “prime” new offer, a III course, beef prix fixe menu. The exclusively USDA prime selections include Beef Tenderloin Croustades, Beef Carpaccio Salad and Bacon-Wrapped Filet Medallion ($44.95).
III Forks is serious about its specifications for beef. The steakhouse only serves USDA grade, prime cuts of meat. These great steaks offer abundant marbling, juiciness, tenderness and superior flavor. All steaks are cut-to-order by III Forks’ in-house butcher.
Executive Chef Clark Grant’s prix fixe menu is outlined below; tax and gratuity are not included in the $44.95 price. III Forks is located in Lakeshore East at Upper Randolph and Field. Dinner is offered nightly (Sunday through Thursday, 5-11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 5 p.m.-midnight). Reservations are accepted, but not required.
