Monthly “Chef’s Table” Dinner at La Madia

Jonathan Fox Creates Five Courses with Green City Market-Fresh Ingredients

La Madia’s monthly, five course “Chef’s Table” dining event will take place on Wednesday, May 16.  Executive Chef/Proprietor Jonathan Fox will venture to the Green City Market that morning to purchase local, sustainably-grown ingredients.  At 7 p.m., 11 guests will have the opportunity to take a seat at La Madia’s pizza bar, located in the rear of the dining room, to experience five seasonally-creative and market-fresh dishes, paired with wine ($45 plus tax and gratuity).  With a front row view of La Madia’s open kitchen and custom made, wood-burning pizza oven, there isn’t a better seat to be had in the house.  Fox will meet and mingle with guests while discussing what is relevant at the market that month.

Seating is limited, please call La Madia to reserve a place at this unique culinary event. La Madia holds the “Chef’s Table” event on a regular basis (third Wednesday of every month).
