Mother’s Day Brunch at Shiraz on the Water

Shiraz on the Water, the stylish, contemporary American restaurant located on the grounds of the Hilton Indian Lakes Resort, will hold a special Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 13. Executive Chef Carol Buckantz has created the celebratory buffet menu that features breakfast dishes, made-to-order omelets, seafood selections (Smoked Salmon, Poached Shrimp, Jonah Crab Claws), various salads and lunch entrees (Cobb Salad, Individual Mini Wedge Salads, Caesar Salad Bar, Stuffed Chicken, Herb Breaded Tilapia), carving stations (Brown Sugar Glazed Ham, Prime Rib of Beef) and plenty of sweet treats (Cherries Jubilee Station, Bananas Foster Station, Chocolate Fountain, Tortes and more). Children will enjoy a knee-high buffet with kid-friendly dishes, such as silver dollar pancakes and pizza squares. Live music will set the tone for a sophisticated and truly satisfying Mother’s Day meal.

Tables for Shiraz on the Water’s Mother’s Day Brunch will be offered at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. (last seating at 2 p.m.). For reservations, please call the Brunch hotline at 630-894-3800 (Shiraz does not accept Mother’s Day reservations directly). Groups of 13 or more will be seated in the Grand Ballroom.All prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity; an 18% gratuity will be added for parties of six and more. No coupons will be honored for this brunch. Alcoholic beverages are not included in pricing (non-alcoholic drinks are included).
