
Chef Motto’s Cuisine Paired with Varietals from Spain

This July, Quince restaurant in Evanston will hold a Spanish wine dinner, in partnership with local distributor Rodinia Wines. On Friday, July 27 at 6:30 p.m., Executive Chef Andy Motto will prepare a four course meal, incorporating ingredients derived from the restaurant’s on site garden. Leo Ciminio of Rodinia Wines will lead the event, discussing wines produced in Spain and how they pair with Motto’s cuisine.
