Lauri DeGiacomo
Founder - Edible, Ink PR
Lauri brings over a decade of experience in media relations, restaurant marketing and event management to Edible Ink. Before co-founding the agency in 2008, Lauri worked for one of the leading restaurant groups in Chicago where she handled national and local media campaigns, planned special events, managed grand openings and developed revenue-generating promotions. Clients include award-winning chefs and high profile restaurateurs, as well as neighborhood establishments citywide. A Chicago native, Lauri graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University with a BA in Communication.
Britt Blomquist Roehm
Founder - Edible, Ink PR
Britt brings to the table over 18 years of media relations experience and marketing expertise, specifically in the realm of restaurants and the hospitality industry. She thoroughly enjoys the creative process of publicizing and promoting a diverse list of clients. Her career has been solely dedicated to shining a spotlight on the best restaurants, chefs, bars, lounges and special events in the Chicago market. Before co-founding Edible Ink in 2008, she spent many years as a restaurant PR consultant and also led the public relations and special events division for one of the midwest's largest hospitality groups. Britt has been recognized with several publicity awards for
successful media campaigns and was recently nominated one of the city's top restaurant publicists.
